Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you in the same beautiful condition as they left us. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Products and packaging may shift in transport and this is not considered a damage or defect. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your item, we can’t offer a refund or exchange for damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
